Monthly Virtual Mentoring Calls
As a SPARC member, you’ll participate in monthly virtual calls (via Zoom) that focus on Leadership or Personal Growth (or both if you choose).
Each session consists of:
- Brief teaching packed with actionable insights and proven strategies.
- Q&A segment using a “Thinking Partner” approach, offering guidance on your specific questions or challenges.
- All calls are recorded, giving members the flexibility to revisit key lessons and insights whenever needed.
Ongoing Support

- Weekly motivational videos.
